If the product is damaged or defective during shipping, you may request an exchange within 14 days. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Refund Timeline
Once the return is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method (e.g. credit card or bank account).
